Application for Magnolia House of New Hampshire. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides Recovery Housing programs for those seeking a safe and healthy home that represent compassion, dignity and integrity.

Magnolia House NH are Residential Recovery Home programs.

Individuals accepted into our program are chosen based on their readiness and motivation to want to work on personal goals and dreams.

Weekly Mandatory Essentials for those under 6 months at Magnolia House NH:

1. In-person recovery meetings are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings. Participation is mandatory

2. Tuesday evenings at 5pm are dedicated to the house for family dinner, house meetings and/or career development

3. 10pm Curfew after your 1st 30 days to support a healthy lifestyle and routine

4. Daily house chores are assigned on a rotating schedule and assigned monthly

5. Maintain sobriety 100% at all times without exception

6. House Rules must be followed (provided separately on the day of arrival)

7. No vehicle (unless prior approval) or overnight passes are allowed for the first 30 days

8. Working no less than 32 hours per week will be required after 30 days and to not exceed 45 hours for your 1st 6 months

9. Must have physical form of ID on day of arrival at any of our homes

10. Weekly Program fees are $300.00 per week due every Friday in any of our homes. Regardless if you have a single bedroom or one with a roommate. There is no additional charges if you are on MAT.

You understand that Magnolia House NH does NOT provide any type of medical support/detox or rehab. MAT is allowed and must be approved prior to move-in.

Non-Approved Medications are any benzodiazepines or any stimulant such as Adderall that contain Amphetamine.

If you are prescribed medications, they must be taken as prescribed and approved prior to arrival.

On your day of arrival, you will be drug tested and your test must reflect negative unless transparency and an agreement was made prior to your arrival.

If your test results reflect positive, you will be denied at that time and asked to leave until a new plan is established with leadership.

Federal nondiscrimination laws require housing providers to grant requests for reasonable accommodations and modifications in housing, programs, and activities. Please put in your request when submitting this application.
