Dignity, Compassion and Integrity

Magnolia House NH are doers. We are committed to advocacy, passionate about finding solutions, building infrastructure and partnering with those who share the same values in solving complex issues that our communities and most families are faced with.

As the founder of Magnolia House NH, I am passionate about connecting people in our community who are struggling with addiction to local resources that share our core values that will help them rebuild a substance-free life. I have over 20 years of experience in software solution selling, direct sales, which I leverage to grow and sustain our recovery home Non-Profit organization.

Magnolia House NH offers our residents a high-quality lifestyle, at every level of care that fosters self-esteem development, peer support, and community engagement. We also provide them with access to programs that are in place to grow their skills to achieve a realistic and independent financial sustainable life once leaving Magnolia House.

Our vision
Our vision is to create healing home environments at every level of care that are purposefully designed with dignity, integrity and compassion for those in need of a safe place to heal and call home.

We can all agree that our system is flawed when it comes to helping those with mental health issues and/or addiction issues. It’s not one person’s fault that our system is this way. However, it is everyone’s responsibility to support the change that is needed.

Families have to be able to gain access to quality care for their loved one, whom is simply struggling and in need of help in a compassionate loving way. The addict simply can’t get out of the cycle of addiction long enough to decide that on their own at times.

It’s absolutely heart wrenching to watch a mother try to save her daughter’s life to only be laughed at or brushed off by those who take oaths to provide care to those who are sick. I believe we, the people, our communities as a whole, together can inspire true change. – Jules Johnson, Founder

Repairing the family system

Reunification program for all the parents in our program

We have a 2-bedroom apartment that our parents can use 2 nights in a row with their kids per week.

This is set up as a normal and safe living environment to rebuild that family foundation with their kids. Currently we are able to serve 3 families per week.

With our reunification program, our residents are able to utilize skills they’ve learned and slowly re-build that broken family dynamic with their children, through consistency and a predictable safe environment that Magnolia House NH provides at no additional cost.

By doing this we don’t just fix this current generation within that family but also the next generation.

The results have been nothing short of miraculous.

Testimonials

people are
saying about us!

The magnolia house has saved not only my life but my families life as well. I am a quiet introvert and the women's sober living home, the Magnolia House has shown how to use my words in a peaceful and productive way.

I don't know where I would be in my life if it wasn't for this program. Thank you so much!

making sober cool

Our recovery homes are a community of happy people that live life with intent and purpose.

“The average person doesn’t understand the pull of addiction, they think once out of rehab our loved one is “all better.” That’s not the case, those who don’t understand can actually become hurdles to their sobriety. Many times the family dynamic itself is broken and when we return to that environment, the cycle of active addiction begins to repeat itself. That’s why a separate substance-free recovery home, that’s based on holding one accountable by using compassion, integrity and dignity can and does work for many”. – Jules Johnson, Founder

“The opposite of addiction isn’t sobriety – the opposite of addiction is connection” – Johann Hari
